DRIVER TRAINING

What is it?
We offer an easy to use on-line system that tests your drivers in just 15-20 minutes. This builds up a full profile of each driver that tells us both their ‘attitude’ and knowledge in driving situations. This information is used to specifically tailor training requirements which means you don’t spend any unnecessary time and money training drivers in the wrong areas and allows you to focus on drivers identified as a high risk.
How does it work?
Your drivers log into our website at a convenient time and take a risk assessment test. Each driver then receives a risk rating which is either, HIGH RISK, MEDIUM RISK and LOW RISK.
- HIGH RISK Drivers can then be given in vehicle training by one of our professional driver trainers.
- MEDIUM RISK Drivers receive on-line training with our brand new e-Driver training programme.
- LOW RISK Drivers are not a danger to your business and therefore require no further training.
